1. Resetting your WDTC password is done through Microsoft's password self-service webpage. This option only works if you have already set up Microsoft's multi-factor security on your student email account.
2. The direct link to Microsoft's password self-service webpage is https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com. You can also get to that webpage by selecting "Can't access your account?" or "Forgot my password".
3. Select "Work or school account"
4. Enter your student email address in the format of firstname.lastname@student.wdt.edu
5. If you are unable to reset your password, please email the Helpdesk at helpdesk@wdt.edu or call 605-394-5355. Our normal hours are Monday thru Friday 7am to 4pm.
